When will my billers be paid?

PayID payments are processed same day that the funds have been receipted from your bank.

For all other payments, if your payment is finalised on the Signature Business Rewards platform by 5:30pm AEST/AEDT on a business day:

• Payments made to other payees via bank account will settle in up to 3 business days
• Payments made to other payees via batch payment will settle in up to 3 business days
• Payments made to other payees via credit card will settle in up to 4 business days
• Payments made to BPAY payees via bank account will settle in up to 4 business days
• Payments made to BPAY payees via credit card will settle in up to 3 business days

Please give yourself extra time if making a payment with a specific deadline i.e. ATO or Superannuation, and be aware of the impact of dishonours (especially on weekends or public holidays).

Please also be aware that any payment made after 5:30pm AEST/AEDT on a business day may incur an additional day of processing time.
