If you do not know the balance of your eGift Card, you can check it via the retailer’s website, or by calling the retailer eGift Card support team.

If you know how much you have left, you can manually update the balance within your Profile by entering the amount and clicking the ‘Update’ button located on the eGift Card.

Please note that the balance of an eGift Card in your Profile is not automatically updated once you have used it to make a purchase.
