When you add a bank account to Pay By Account, you use internet banking to consent to sharing bank account data with Pay By Account. The data sharing is governed by the Consumer Data Right, which is also known as Open Banking.
Data sharing from business bank accounts via Open Banking must be authorised by your business. This usually involves appointing an individual (often called a nominated representative, authorised user or data sharing delegate) who can consent to data sharing via internet banking. Please contact your bank for further assistance.
